I find an interesting advertisement in
Traveler magazine, Because this magazine’s major project is travel, there have
many travel ad in this magazine; however, this ad gives me a deep visual
impact. This ad was made by The Venetian, which is one of the best hotels in
Las Vegas. When you first time sees this ad, you will be attracted by the warm
and cold colors bold contrast. The warm color like pink has been used in the
cherry blossom; the model clothe, and the suitcase before the model. This kind
of color gives us not only the home feeling but also the breath of youth. The
cold color has been used in the water, the water of pond is so limpid and
nontransparent which make me hardly wait to jump in.
The model sail boat in the pool which make
me easy to think about the city of water, Venice. Looking through this ad, I
feel like I am boating down the waterways in Venice. The slogan in this ad is
the best line, come as you are. I don’t need to focus on what I need to wear or
what rules I need to follow, like to back to home when I go to this hotel.
